Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by Stripe), and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Which currency will I pay in?
The currency you choose in the site header. Every price shows its currency code, and you are charged exactly the amount shown at checkout. If your bank account is in another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Email support@yarnvik.shop with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has left us, you can return it instead.
Do you offer discount codes?
Not at the moment. Our prices are the same for everyone.
Delivery
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We deliver to the UK, the EU countries listed on our Shipping page, Switzerland, Norway, the US and Canada. Each zone has one flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes about 2–4 business days in the UK, 4–8 in the EU and 5–10 to Switzerland, Norway, the US and Canada.
Will I pay customs charges?
If your parcel crosses a customs border, your country may charge import VAT, duties or a handling fee on delivery. These are not included in our prices. Email us before ordering if you would like advice for your address.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address. See Returns & Refunds for the full details.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method and in the currency you paid in.
Products and sizes
Do cushion covers come with an insert?
No. Cushion covers are sold without inserts. Each product page gives the cover size so you can use an insert of the same size (or one size up for a fuller look).
How are sizes measured?
Flat, before washing, in centimetres with inches in brackets. Sizes can vary by up to 2 cm, and natural fibres can shrink slightly (up to 3%) when washed as instructed.
Which bed runner fits my bed?
Each runner page states which bed widths it suits. As a guide: 180–200 cm runners suit single and double beds; 220–230 cm suit double and queen beds; 240 cm suits queen and king beds, with the ends hanging over the sides.
Will the colour look the same as on my screen?
We show each colour as accurately as we can, but screens differ. If you are unsure about a shade, email us and we will describe it or compare it with something you know.
Care guide

| Cotton (rib, waffle, jacquard, poplin, twill) | Machine wash at 30°C (waffle at 40°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out. Line dry, or tumble dry low where the product page allows. Cool iron on the reverse. |
| Linen and stonewashed linen | Machine wash at 30–40°C as stated. Line dry. The soft crumple is part of the look; iron damp only if you prefer it crisp. |
| Cotton velvet | Wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not iron the pile; brush it gently with your hand while damp. |
| Cotton knit and loop pile | Wool or gentle programme at 30°C. Reshape and dry flat so the knit keeps its size. |
| Quilted pieces | Gentle cycle at 30°C. Tumble dry low, ideally with a clean tennis ball to keep the padding even. |
| Canvas and rope storage | Spot clean with a damp cloth where possible. Reshape while damp and air dry. |
Fringes and tassels: wash in a laundry bag and comb through with your fingers while damp.
